too much therapy and bullshyt man, BUT the pod was better with him
they are all truly a lot of emotional men. from joe to rory to mal to julian, those are 4 of the most homotional guys in the biz so it makes sense, mal may not act it but he is.

Pod should have been him and Mal.
I listened to about 15 minutes. Seems like he wanted to be with them more than they wanted him around. Even says how he paid for himself to fly to Europe just to them pod. He wasn’t even invited. Even said he took half of Demaris salary. Seems like he was treated like a paid intern and he wanted more.
If this was the case, they wouldn't have given him a mic.

I’m just going off what he said. They ignored his emails. Waited 7 months to tell him no to a raise. By his own admission he did all of this on his own, and put everyone before himself, without anyone asking him to.
Doesn't make sense to give a person the mic if you don't like them. But it sounds like they did him dirtier than Joe did them
