It doesn’t suck, they just could use a stronger 3rd personality (like Budden or a Yayo).
But the difference is these guys are actually friends (you don’t get that energy with the Budden podcast anymore)
Everybody outside of Ish is scared to do anything that would risk Joe shouting at you or firing you.

They are "friends" they relationship isn't as close as it was with Joe.
The reason why the show is mad dry is because they are not that close so there's not much clowning or funny snapping
