When they first got fired, Joe went off calling Rory a vulture white boy who wanted ownership of his podcast, and he was trying to get Mal to stay. Joe and Rory didn't become cool again until they ran into each other.

I hope there's more discretion about letting these dudes into "the culture." Every white person isn't bad or racist but there are some pretty specific traits that white people display when they infiltrate other cultures. The "performative male" shyt is real. Whether it's a guy pretending to be some super understanding feminist ally or something else. Same shyt with Rosenberg...these guys get in the door and after awhile start talking real reckless.

Pay attention to who lets this happen. The black gatekeepers who let these losers in. We're seeing it now with this wack white chick rapper, Wynne. She has Ice-T, Rob Markman, and a bunch of others giving her props because she can imitate flows we like. And we know that if she gets in and pops off you know she's gonna become a pop or country star immediately after. So why let her in?

people allow it when they want to be perceived as being “down"

Thats why you got guys like parks as “real hip hop heads” but then guys like Rosenberg who dont even listen to R&B.
