Update: Best Buy has now lowered the price down to $449.99, matching the off-contract price of Sprint. This leads us to believe that the originally listed price of $799.99 was likely just an error.

But I'm not that mad because I still have to cancel my contract with sprint and I'm still 7 months before my contract is up. Question is though do I pay $120 early termination fee or wait til May 2014.
If going PAYG and contract free will save you more than $120 between now and May 2014 then yes, do it.
If not, then just put your sim in the N5? Nexus' aren't locked.

Brehs I think I'm going to sit the Note out this year and cop the Nexus. Hopefully I can get at least 150 for this Note 2.
Put Cyanogenmod on it & you'll have a better phone than the N5
