....ofcoure verge reviews are too biased says rohiggidy...lol. I'll pass...my next phone HAS to have a excellent camera....my only knock against my nexus 4...I'll keep it for at least another 6 months... Still performs better than newer phones like the s4 operation wise. I'm straaaaaight

The verge is biased. I just watched a hands on yesterday and they were already shytting on the n5. Android has had good cameras on their phones. Maybe not Nexus, but other android phones have had excellent cameras. Fukk The Verge.

That's nonsense. The epic4G a few years back shytted on the iphone camera and Samsung hasn't slowed down since. And especially with HTC stepping their game up and Sony always having solid cameras, your comment is doesn't make sense.

i got mines today too, the camera is okay...the contrast is way too high tho but sad to say its not messing with the iphone camera quality overall. Kinda disappointing but the phone is still a fukkin beast GOTDAMN! Dat screen...dat speed

5/10 camera when it beats the iphone 5s

I was going to comment but homey in the comment section took the words out my mouth.

how the hell did the nexus 5 won? are you blind? under-exposed saturated images are not better than a well exposed natural one. Lots of details are lost in dark areas in nexus photos, over saturated colors which looks unnaturals (the sky is not that blue in reality, orange skin), mediocre autofocus and exaggerated sharpness, weak DR and flash that bad it's not even funny. The audio was ok, though.

Similar to the same shyt i said in the other thread. And iphone easily takes video recording. Jittery phones in 2013

N5 camera isn't bad but you are way overhyping it. I see why these nikkas stay at ya neck

Reminds me of the S4 vs. HTC One debate with AMOLED vs LCD. Pop vs Accuracy. Comes down to personal preference. Funny tho cuz unless you blow up these pics you'll barely notice a difference with most shots

I don't see the issue. Look the Nexus is the greatest deal in smart phones. So what if the iPhone has a better camera and better build quality and better apps and more accessories what it really comes down to is that to me the Nexus is a flag ship device it's an LG2 with none of the fluff and i really like my girls LG2.
