I would seeing how dudes were bumbling on the mic, marking the ball on college football hashmarks and constantly correct themselves.

It's one thing to complain about regular refs, but this is pure incompetence on the part of these less than Division II refs.

When routine calls are being discussed for five minutes, then reviewed the difference is obvious. When these cats are stuttering like crazy the difference is obvious. And yeah fans complain about the regular refs; they're just complaining even more about the replacement ones. And nobody clowns the regular refs; they might disagree with them, hate them or even accuse them of cheating for the other team but nobody is actually laughing at them as if they're incompetent fools. That happens once a quarter with these replacements.

What IS gonna happen is a ref is gonna blow a call (which will always happen no matter if it's replacement or regular refs) & everybody's gonna be all up in arms like "see a regular ref wouldn't had blown that call!!!1" when in reality regular refs blow calls all the time

I think we might actually see the replacement refs let them play a little more & have less flags (which is what we all want, right?)

the regular nfl refs are ridiculed because they are old and flabby and when they miss a call, most of the time it's because they were out of position. in addition, the NFL rules are a bit convoluted so the refs bear heat often for its' interpretation.

the new refs are being ridiculed because they simply are not thoroughly familiar with the NFL rules. there are many rules differences of varying degrees between college and NFL - when these refs try to make sense of those differences, their hesitance, which is interpreted as incompetence, is easily noted.

We usually accuse the refs of cheating or saying they missed calls these guys don't know the damn rules. They let the giants get a play at the end of the game when the clock should of run off stuff like that can ruin a game . And defensive players already saying they will test the refs so that could cause injuries . The people eho think these refs are just as good probably have seen there team get favorable calls so they think it will continue
