I've read very little in to any of the leaks, but if Nintendo lets nVidia upscaling magic doing its thing on the Switch 2 you can deter some emulation efforts in providing a more "modern" experiences with regards to the looks and performances.

Maybe frame generation? Let the leather jacket man cook.

They can easily implement DLSS on emulators, well maybe not easily but it can be done, or even use an open source upscaler to achieve similar results.
