This game key card situation is so stupid. They are forcing people to go digital who don’t want that. They obviously need more cartridge sizes than 64GB. Hell Mario Kart could probably fit on a 32GB one.

The problem is, I see Sony and Microsoft doing this when they drop their next gen systems.

Doom The Dark Ages isn’t on the disk and it came out last week, yet no outrage.

Microsoft is already doing it. They're shipping PS5 games that are unplayable just using the disc install. Thing is all PS5 and Xbox games require an install. In the Switch's case many games were playable off the cartridge. You could have chose to just roll with the limited memory the Switch had and just buy all physical games. That's not a realistic option on the Switch 2 as the majority of 3rd party games will have to be installed to memory.

Because those games require installs and the systems default come with like 1TB of storage or more now.
