I take my switch 1 power cord as my travel cord. It charges and powers the switch 2.

No $80 power cord, no $100 switch 2 dock. Play on the go on an external screen or tv.

I'm not sure I understand the value considering these have screens especially s2 which is fairly sizable...

Those are just secondary monitors/portable screens. I carry my surface tablet with me and my switch 2. Therefore if I ever wanted to chill, and just play on a bigger screen or like I mentioned the dongle for less than $20 let's you connect to any tv.....no dock. Therefore someone else's house, a hotel, etc.

Only the first one. One of my all time favorite ps1 games. Heard the 2nd one was a complete switch up tho.
