He didn't look in shape and he looked like he was uncomfortable back out in front of a wrestling crowd. Have a feeling it is going to be about the same level with a less offensive/ridiculous gimmick.

December seems a bit early to do a PPV, I don't know that they have the roster for a full length event without having to rely on other promotions, but I've seen spoilers and where the NWA Championship feud is heading and I'm interested in that.

I thought Stevens' promo was very iffy. I understand the character he is going for but it wasn't really working and it made the whole thing awkward.

Otherwise a good follow-up episode, and I like how they treat the world champ as so important that an interview with him closes the episode over a tag title match.

Random note, Eddie Kingston sounds just like Joel Ortiz, lol.

Giving this a shot, it's so old school it feels like a parody from a wrestling episode of a 90s sitcom. Picture too clean, lights too bright for the vibe and setting/style they're going for.

That's why I've changed it to 240p

and I guess the picture being too clean & bright is one of the reasons why. it freaked me out.
that and the fan reactions feeling like a laugh track on a sitcom.

that's how I feel about bobby roode too. aside from the HHH comparison, he reminds me a lot of arn Anderson in the ring. he has no business being in the WWE.​
