Match was another short albeit a slow plodding mess. Tim won with a submission which is the way I'd go if I were him. His (perfect storm) spinning side slam doesn't work for him. I don't know if it's his age or the weight of his opponents but it has zero impact and has yet to look good

He can't be trying to still be a power wrestler, it ain't working. Match could've used more Jocephus fukkery to hide the weaknesses. Now that Jocephus profile is rising he needs to be his own wrestler and ditch the Bruiser Brody cosplay. Bruiser Brody is a legend and was physically huge, he can only ever hope to be his lesser if he continues.

An STF would be good but the association with Cena might be too great. He needs something he could put his weight on his opponent that won't make you think his opponent should just push him off. I like Storm now and I think he has some charisma but his matches haven't been good. Well the basis of this move, is the seller has to do a roundhouse spin for the giver. If the guy isn't agile enough or just doesn't commit it will look like shyt. And based off all the Abyss matches I've seen over the years, I would put that rate at about 50 percent for "heavyweight" guys. So yeah the main point is, it definitely is a shytty finish to use.

tim storm is a great babyface. i enjoy it for what it is. this could be dope. im following them more than I am TNA 
I like the 10 Pound of Gold web series HOWEVER, it does need cleaning up a bit. The narrating is terribly mixed and the font use cheapens it. I appreciate that is nitpicking but if they’re starting slow with a web series, they should tighten it up at every possible opportunity. UFC is a beast of a company, but look at their Embedded series and compare the two. That’s what they should look to accomplish.
They’re getting over Tim Storm just great, but that essentially glosses over the fact that he’s not great in the ring and will never truly push the product forward for them. I appreciate it would have been stupid for them to just hotshot the title off him, and at least they’re building a story around it as they slowly ease it off him. It’s a matter of time before it ends up on Aldis, but he wouldn’t be my choice, as I feel the TNA stigma sits with alot of guys who worked there and to the detriment of them ever getting this new product over.

I'm with you but in all honestly Championship wrestling from hollywood is probably one of the few indys that's gonna allow billy to shoot this Angle and place it towards the top of the card and give it tv time. On top of that the owner of the promotion has NWA ties.
I think another promotion that would work is Evolve because they have access to a lot of young talent but the thing with them is would gabe really place emphasis on the title or would he treat it like the IC title like he did when he was booking the NWA title in the early/mid 2000s. But I think Corrigan needs a syndicate of promotions that have talent to make this work in the long run.

It seems like billy used CWFH for their relationship with CZW. It was a smart move to do it there than a random episode of CWFH or some small time indy show.
