I've been looking for a thread like this:ohhh:
My wife bought an Exersaucer for the little one and now all she wants to do is play in it.I swear I've never seen a kid so entertained.

Me too. I was thinking that as the coli gets more :flabbynsick: there should be a parenting forum. Particularly because we say that we are about uplifting black youth. What better way than to start with our own kids and share tips and advice and funny stories.

On topic, I'd like some opinions on co-sleeping. My girl and I are having are next child due in 23 days, and the combined four we have already are 6 (9/29), 4, 4, and 3 (10/13), and we have opposing views on coparenting...

Yall let me know your experiences on this!

Why are you having your kids so close together? Personally I'm not a fan of it because once a new baby comes in, you can't give the previous kid the attention they need.

My son started playin football this fall :whew:

If hes as good as I was, he might make somethin out of it

I still prefer basketball for him tho :ehh:
You have a son?? Would have never guessed. I always think you are the person in the avatar. But even if you are, you wouldn't look the same all these years later. Anyway is your son still playing football?

My son is 3 and started playing flag football this summer.

He likes it a lot although most of the time he's not following directions.

My daughter is 7 and started playing violin this year. She's doing really well and the teacher wants to kidnap her and make her into her protege.

It's hard work getting them for school/daycare to their activities everyday, but I know it will be well worth it in the end.

My best advice is to get your kids involved in things like this very early. Kids have a lot of both physical and mental energy so they need outlets like this to keep them balanced.
Did your daughter become a violin prodigy?
