Hopefully, the guy behind Hunt on the depth chart steps up.
The lack of a running threat can really stifle an offense because defenses play differently and u are forced into second and long or third and long situations alot more.
so it will be interesting to see Mahomes ' ability.

Charles was an all pro well before Andy Reid got there if you really think chiefs are not gonna take a step back with no Kareem than you crazy breh. Kareem was getting major yards after contact and was mowing nikkas down for big runs. The reason why there 10-1 and not 6-4 is because of the mahomes+hunt package. They been able to stay one or two steps ahead all season cuz of that it. If Spencer Ware can't break tackles consistently to keep drives going like hunt was doing for the chiefs the luxury of piling on points is gone.
This actually may push Mahomes to his final form 
Kareem was a legitimate 3 down back that could do it all, having him just added another layer to what's been an all time offense.
