Just looking to improve my workflow I don’t want to spend too much time editing pictures

Depends on how much you want to do in lightroom through.

These days I feel like I don't do much more than adjust the exposure, sharpen, eyes and teeth in lightroom for portraits and do everything else.

But I do enjoy using it to catalog and share a bunch of adjustments for things I shot in the same conditions.

My nephew took photography in highschool. He enjoyed it. He aced it.
