Are they strobes by chance? I have 2 Alien Bee B800 strobes, 2 sets of wireless triggers, 1 large softbox, 1 47" Octabox, and 2 22" beauty dishes for light modifiers. I am in the same boat as you, been outta portrait work for about the same amount of time, getting ready to get back into it.
I just copped a monitor to help step my game up on editing
Still don’t know how to post flickr pictures
I’m def lost on posting these Flickr pics to the Coli ....each time I get![]()
Y'all have any tips for headshots?
I do videography, but my friends and family see my camera and think I'm a photographer as well
I'll be shooting with a Panasonic GH5 and sigma 35mm 1.4
I honestly hate doing this, just helping out a friend
You just needed a portrait lens and a highlight diffusion filter, a modern 85 or 135 combined with a 1/4 Black Pro Mist or 1/4 ClassicSoft filter would've done the trick
Late response but that's not the best lens for headshots. You should at the very least use a 50mm. That's my go to lens, It's great for portraits, but even that is pushing it for headshots. A 85 mm or 70-200mm are ideal for headshots.
Cleveland finally got it's 1 of 3 Black Lives Matter street artwork. Headed down early Sunday while they still have the street blocked off and put the drone in the air for stills and video.

Straight down shots have become my fav! Dammit I'm gonna stop bullshytting in here. I don't know if it's me or what. But I see my pics and think I'm light years behind y'all. But dammit. I got too much to keep holding for no reason
