ya that was the irony my pickup from bestbuy had a slight tear on the side...same for the separate controller...I’m not reselling them anyway so I didn’t need the box in mint condition but still...you pay $400-500 for something you expect to get everything fully in tact

Word of advice the box is much heavier than it looks and don’t trust the handle 100% when I pulled it out the box above my bed..the handle snapped luckily my ps5 is good cuz my bed was there
