Great game against memphis but this is what Russell does. When its just him and a bunch of nikkas he can go off. He don't know how to WIN at a elite level consistently with players just as talented as him or better

He did just fine at OKC.
If that wasn't winning at an elite level, then 90% of the league can't win at an elite level either.
Russ playing with Bron makes him a worse player because Bron wants all the stats and credit.

Its slowly starting to turn around. Give a few more games. Lots of terrible and questionable lineups from Ty Lue especially with Morris starting the entire season who now might be finally shut down for the season. No shade on him but the team looks 10x better and faster since he's sat down. Russ won't shoot from the three like that but everything else he did was elite. We'll see what happens going forward

But Russ and Lebron had a two man net rating of +6.8.
Higher than him and George +3.2 and Leonard +2.5. By that Logic if he can't play with Lebron he definitely can't play with the later duo.

It was about using his 47 million to add more quality players. Can't win with 3 max players (2 that are very injury prone) and a bunch of vet minimums.But he is.....

Lakers are now 2 deep at every position. It wasn't just Russ but he was the biggest domino. They also dealt Nunn, Bev as well. (they had way too many pgs).
