Russ is now 0-14 in his last 14 games as a starter. Great guy and was a fantastic player in his prime but he's absolutely cooked. No team is winning shyt with him as a starter.

I don't even rock with dude and I'm starting to feel bad for him, dude would be better off on mediocre/garbage team putting up numbers with no expectations to compete for a title. OKC probably would have eventually moved him to tear it down but staying in D.C. to compete for a play-in berth would have been ideal.
