It has to be a set a,punt of hours per round per pick or a deadline time daily for each round...and if you don't post your pick in time you just forfeit until the top of the next round...

Or you make a list of top 3 at each pick and email @904

But later in the draft people will find issue that could be a major issue something like we'd pick Kendrick Perkins but they rather have JJ barea some dude want all slashers or some shyt he'll be hot if we selected Channing frye for him. Just an example.

How's everybody feel about a Saturday morning draft, say 11est?

I got a better idea..how about we draft throughout the week starting today...and set a deadline for next saturday...it builds excitement and gives us something to do from now until then..

you know how everybody cant show up for the draft time.

this is the best way to combat that
