damn near 2 hours from miami smh

That would be a huge YES.
If you are accustomed to Miami night life and a social scene with variety you will be underwhelmed.
The clubs close at 2:00am and riding the main aves, posting up on the corners/parking lots is their fun.
I have fond memories of Ft Pierce & Port St. Lucie because our family reunions there were awesome! Friday night fish fry and waiting for out of town relatives to arrive...fun times.
Education, married life/raising a family, etc is what FtP & PtStL offer.

You're talking about 07-08, the David Tyree catch. The problem with Port St. Lucie is that they built way too many houses expecting the city to be the 4th major South Florida city when it's too far away and boring as shyt. No young people wanna stay there. It's a city of old people and settled down families

My older brother moved out there 2 years ago and came back down to us is palm Beach after a year. The few times a went up there to visit him it looked dry and unkempt. Idk if it was the area he was loving in but it wasn't as a visually pleasing as Palm Beach.
Palm Beach could be much better but we have no major attractions. Miami is freaking Miami, Orlando got Disney, Tampa has a Busch gardens and other shyt, we have nothing. Other than a massive amount of restaurants and barsand malls we have nothing else. And we can't have anything else because there are so many punk ass old white people here. They never like any sort of commotion. No traffic, no noise, no bright lights. It's becoming more and more a county that caters to old white retirees who want everything to be quiet.
And please no more malls. Every bit of land the county acquires you can expect 1) houses for white people or 2) a mall full of shyt only white people like.

Way too many communities. They stick a stupid community in every little corner. Nearly every house is within a community. Palm Beach caters to old people which makes things so dull.
