I was renting that apartment in 2013 for $750 a month...in january of 2016 before I left to atlanta I stopped by to see a old neighbor...nikka tolf me everybody rent got raised to a $1000 yet not a single person moved...to be on biscayne a block away for JWU worth every penny...
