Damn! I never been to cocos, the lexx (except for chicken), kod or tootsies. I remember the original tootsies as a jit when it was on the corner of 199 and 441.

Again, tho...once you move up a bit in Miami you don't need Spanish. Spanish is only necessary to communicate low level

They've got a couple of petroleum companies but they're Venezuelan. So you might need Spanish for that..
For accounting and finance search both Dade and Broward

Pines and the whole area getting expensive. Lots of growth and construction so they charging more for housing. Or atleast from the new places I've seen going up. You can likely find something decent if you look and depending on the size of the place you need.
