I haven't seen a clear replay yet, but I doubt it was a punch/dirty play. Anyone who's played basketball at any level has had someone poke or jab at their chest while taking a jumper...and sometimes they do it too hard unintentionally....
Until I see something that tells me it's malicious, I'll just chalk it up to the announcer not knowing any better
