Lleyton Hewitt after defeating Rafa at the 2005 Australian Open in 5 sets (coming back from down 2 sets to 1)

Q. What is his potential? Is he going to be up there with you top guys pretty soon?

LLEYTON HEWITT: I think so. He's been -- at least last year, I think the year before, he might have been injured for the French Open or a lot of the clay court season. He's a lot better player than whatever his ranking is, to not be seeded. He's good on all surfaces. As I said, he's hungry, he's intense, he's competitive, he's all of that, and he's good for the game. I'll be very surprised if he didn't win the French Open one day.

What a fukking understatement :wow:

Commentator : "Federer could hardly believe it. The emotion of the moment, of having beaten the greatest grass court player of all time"

Worn down from what? Wimbledon about to be cancelled too. Only downside is that there won't be clay season to really prep for it for many players, this could play into Nadals hands more.

This benefits Rafa massively

Getting them all back-to-back.

Wimbledon late July-early August, US Open the end of August, then the French in September. Thiem's taking RG this year.

We're gonna survive, @MillionMills :blessed:

Maybe a bit premature breh, 25% of the Southern European population over 65 might be wiped out. I don’t know about any tennis this year, this virus is different...

How y'all figure to know who this favors one way or another from this far out?
