nah, she moves just fine in them. I'm just playing armchair psychologist and suggesting she doesn't have the confidence to wear a bodysuit without something to make it more modest, like the shorts.
We all know she suffers from confidence issues, so when she's comfortable enough with that outfit, it should come alongside her being comfortable with her own ability to dominate on the court.
