I'm not-more stunned at the numbers, while I didn't track those figures (or know the metrics) the competitiveness of this era is pretty significant. They also are tied for most Grand Slams.I'm surprised Nadal is that low on the list.
I was a kid admiring Andre Agassi/Sampras, who're eclipsed by today's stars but I've never seen tennis this much of a (non-clear dominant, alternating champs per major) space, and 1-10 being so close to one another. Granted, I take a season off at times and didn't pay attention to these figures but it makes sense in who else is competing. Nadal likely was still in top ten any number of these weeks.
Also I'd like to see the consecutive week figures.
