I've just discovered a fun fact that seems to be well known in the city of Split, Croatia:

The family of Ivanišević is mentioned in the historical records for the first time in 1612, after a certain Ivan and his sons changed their last name into Ivanišević.

Their previous last name was... Kukoč.

Yes, Goran and Toni are very distant relatives.

Toni was at Goran's welcome party in Split after winning Wimbledon in 2001...

Now they are both HoFs, Goran in Newport and Toni in Springfield.

And Nadal and Federer fans are beacons of fandom?

Cry more.

And I don't really care that he isn't as "loved" as Federer and Nadal, the fact he has to deal with so much partisan crowds for all these years just makes him even greater. Achieving all he has despite that demonstrates his mental fortitude.

sharp EE invective there "breh" ..

Yo I hadn't seen this shyt. Nadal probably woulda had pro-level soccer talent if he had developed that instead.

6 goals in a friendly indoor match against one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time (Iker Casillas). A couple of these are just beautiful.

All I'm saying is for the Nadal/Djokovic stans who say Fed was playing nobodies early in his career: he had two years before Nadal won his first Slam and five before Joker.

Murray and Wawrinka won their last Slams six years ago and they each wound up with one more than Hewitt and Safin. :unimpressed:

These guys have been playing nobodies longer than Fed. :unimpressed:
