Losing a set in that fashion is soo fukkin demoralizing. Tomic saved way too many break points and got such a big lead in the tiebreak, only to have Fed come back and win it. Not quite like the Fed vs Roddikk tie-break at Wimbledon Finals, but similar.

Not only that....he wasnt pressuring Fed's service game. He wld lose games at love on Fed's serve but would get pushed to duece in his. Raonic will trouble Fed but will lose in 4

I didn't watch the match, but that point at 5-3 was simply amazing by Federer, could've been an epic match had Tomic tied it up 1-1


Also, Ferrer/Nishikori had potential but Nishikori is simply too weak to hang with any top player like that. Top 20 material at best.

Maybe it's cause of the time zones or something but the Aussie Open really hasn't been that good. Not one epic match or good matchup.
