As for what you noted...for a long time, a lot of the men coaching these girls were creeping on them. Dudes were in positions of power preying on teenage girls. I know one coach was arrested for raping his player going back to when she was a teen. Pam Shriver basically hinted the same sort of thing happened to her and I'm sure to other women.
