Coco is way too prone to these type of matches. She has work to do.

She obviously has talent and has won multiple Grand Slams already. However, she has FARRRRR too many of these types of matches where she just has a horrible serve and makes unforced errors. She gets frustrated and shows her negative emotion too often when it's not going for her. She has a ton of talent, but for a top ranked player, she has too many matches like this.

And, whether or not people want to admit it or not, Sabalenka was correct with her comments after the French Open. If she didn't play beyond horrible, she would have smoked Coco.

This is the absolutely accurate. She will not reach her full potential and win a lot of majors unless she makes some serious changes. Sabalenka is such a power player that she beats herself at times and she did that against Coco..I mean fair play to Coco for keeping the ball in play enough for Sabalenka to make the errors but she probably should listen to Brad Gilbert and take time off lesser tournaments and work on her game.

I don’t agree with your second paragraph. The surface and coco’s game forced many of those errors from sabalenka and the better player on the day one. That being said, Coco’s still young and needs to prepare better for grass and adjust her game. That serve is a catastrophe and the forehand is as unpredictable as a crackhead.

This is what I was getting at after she won the French, I want her to get better and more rounded because in this game if you don't improve you get left behind. See what's happened to Zverev, Tsitipas etc in the mens game

Like you mentioned, two slams is great but there will always been players coming through who can be just as talented but hit harder with superior forehands and have better serves etc, she needs to make improvements and does have time on her side.

In time the likes of Andreeva will be giving her a hard time and no doubt some others will appear in the years to come
