Nadal picked up a dub in monte carlo and barcelona...lost in the qtrs in madrid... Then picked up another dub in rome(came from behind in final set)

Can Nadal do it again and win his 11th title at roland garros?

Yes. Djokovic had some issues the past couple years, Wawrinka isn't consistent enough, and Murray is injured. Nadal and Fed the best, like it's 2007-2008 again.
