It's crazy man. He's damn near a semifinal lock on all surfaces. I mean all three of them are but I have less confidence in Rog at the USO now a days and I have less confidence in Rafa their too. They need a certain draw away from the FO and Wimbledon to make a deep run as oppose to Novak.

It's frustrating because Novak and Rafa make you hit about 3 what would be winners damn near ever point. Balls that 99% of the tour wouldn't be able to get to, they get to it and then go from defense to offense and leave you like :dahell: :why: :what:

We need a new champ to rise from the ranks. Like how Rafa stopped Fed and Novak stopped Rafa from winning everything.

Problem for Fed is Novak serving first this set, so if Novak is up a game he will be ALL in on Fed service game. It's small mental things like that helps

Not even a question. Look at how old Federer is compared to Novak and this game is still close.

Prime Federer lost to Nadal at Wimbledon and Novak is better than him on this service. You’re forgetting Novak isn’t at his peak either.

Right I was thinking the same thing after that last break

I seen baby Rafa push Fed to the brink in 06 and 07 at Wimbledon before beating him in 08 but like others have said, even prime Novak in 2014-15 got pushed to the brink here by Fed. Rafa is inferior to both on grass and pushed Novak to 5 last year and almost pushed Fed to 5 sets this year. All their matches are 50/50 on grass.
