Is it me or are they pushing this Serena is a mother storyline way too hard? Making it sound like she's the only woman to give birth and play a sport. l feel it's more impressive that she's playing well at age 36-37 than having a baby.

Casuals are eating it up. Feeds into the narrative that Serena only loses because Serena beat herself. It comes across as a bit patronizing to me, the woman damn near died 10 months ago and made a Grand Slam final at 36. Clap for her, but clap for her opponent too.

Nadal and Djokovic werent even in their primes yet, he looked lethal against average players

Federer waxed everybody. It took talents like Safin or Nalbandian going nuts for him to lose, and even then in classic matches. If you don't think 2005-2006 Fed would demolish anyone on the tour right now, I don't know what to say. He already wins so much these days when his movement is compromised and he's old.
