So how's Serena going to choke away the grand slam this time? :snoop:

Last time she won a major was against Venus two years ago.

This. Stan did the lord's work a few times but he hasnt returned to his top form. There's nobody else that's ready to take that leap right now

Negged and reported for hating on the GOAT. :pacspit: :umband:

Won't be a fourth guy cause what surface will they sneak a slam on? Thiem keep making inroads on clay but you HAVE to believe long as Rafa shows up to Paris at 90%, he'll win (or Novak...hell or Fed).

Australian Open is Novak's playground and if Rafa keeps his form up, he looks to be making at least the semi's for the next few years and Fed still is a QF at WORST.

We KNOW nobody challenging them at Wimbledon unless Murray or Delpo can return to health but thats iffy.

US Open is where somebody COULD do it but it wouls have to be a big server.

Crazy that this time 10 years ago...Novak had ONE slam, Rafa had 6, and Rog had 14 (would win 15 in a few days). To make things crazier; only Tsonga, Murray, Gonzalez, Roddikk, Soderling and Baghdatis (he was absent) in that draw had made slam finals and the only former champs outside the big 3 were Safin, Hewitt, Ferrero was in it too but they were :flabbynsick:

Quality post. These guys gonna be in wheelchairs whippin ass. I find the women’s game more enjoyable atm just for the sheer unpredictability.

Low key, i'd love for them to make the semi's and finals of women's Grand Slams best of 5. I'm starting to like the WTA more too

This why i lean towards Djokovic being the goat, breh won all his majors in the greatest era and had the highest peak ti date.

I can't argue that because you can make an argument for all 3 of them. I actually want to see them all get 10 slams at their best slam. Rog needs 2 more Wimbedon's and Novak needs 3 more AO's. I think if Rog wanted to play until he was 41, he could. Just has to manage his schedule the way he's been doing it

I love Djoke, but he benefitted from the next era being so weak, as well as Fed and Nadal's examples encouraging him. He got to prey on a time with two greats that are older than him. If you had talents like Safin or Nalbandian still playing, Djoke would get randomly blasted out of Slams. I think that's not so well-understood. Someone with talents like Gulbis should be sending top 5 players home regularly like peak Wawrinka, but he's not up to it. Fed is GOAT to me because he doesn't even play physically like he used to and still can beat everyone.

In Fed's post-match interview he didn't sound very confident about beating Novak. Sounded realistic about his long odds against him but thrilled that's he's been able to re-write the Nadal rivalry in recent years with all these late career wins. He's 14-10 against Nadal now on non-clay surfaces. :ehh:

How was it weak and its considered the greatest era of mens tennis at the same time:ohhh:

Breh Federer benefitted from coming in after Sampras and Aggasi, Djokovic had to contend against 2 all time goats and Rafa is same age as him so you cant use that excuse. Safin and Nalbandian where subpar players, go look at who fed beat for his first 12 slams and look at Novaks list, damn near day and night, guy was beating trash like Bagdhatis and Phillipousis

Rafa getting injured a lot rewrote the rivalry.

Novak didn't start racking up majors until Fed was in his 30s. :comeon:

This ain't accurate. Joker and Nadal are the same age basically. Federer is only 5 years older than them. Joker has been beating them for years.
