Djokovic is also a bit arrogant (well since 2011 at least). Before being a threat to Nadal and Federer, he was the funny guy always clowning or making jokes in interviews. Since he ascended, he's become less likeable unfortunately. Also Djokovic has had a bad rep when he came to the game. I remember Roddikk or Monfils beefing with him because he was "faking" injuries or such.
Dude just never had the same aura as Fed and Nadal.
