That was the worst I’ve seen Serena in a long time. Childbirth really took a lot out of her

Her c-section is giving her serious problems with her core. She can't play those long points and these younger girls just wait her out.

Wang played her ass off man. Her serve was on point except, ironically enough, for the one game she really needed it in the 2nd. Outside of that though, she was excellent.

She was on Serena's ass all match. Never let her breathe. As usual, Serena struggles and her UEs are outta control. Not a great start to the year for her.

Yes. A c-section never really heals. Once you have a c-section, you cannot do a natural birth without it rupturing.

Also, she needs to drop a few points to get a little bit lighter on her feet, but her core may not be as strong.

Wang outplayed Serena basically the whole match, but people tryna Larry Holmes Serena sound silly. She's still consistently making it to major Finals, she's just folding.

While it is probably some physical hurdles and adjustments she has to make now since the baby, I think her biggest problem is mental. She's pressing and she always looks like the nervous one while her opponent looks like the comfortable one. She won't get that last one until she stops giving a fukk about that last one
