He's 100% on his heels right now. Nadal was ready to roll over in the third, then Medvedev choked that 0-40 break and has spiraled since then. UEs are way up for him and down for Nadal.

This guy is unsure of half the shots he's hitting now especially when Nadal pulls him to the net.
