Have you guys seen Alcaraz's comments after the match?

Djokovic GOAT status confirmed :wow:

Here you go.
I just got done watching it. So disappointing after how amazing the first two sets were. This isn't the first time Alcaraz has had cramps in a match either. It was a physical match but he needs to do something different to get his body prepared for those kinds of conditions.

He showed a ton of mental toughness in the second. When he blew his chance to serve out the set at 5-3, then again blowing three set/break points at 0-40 right after that, I thought he was cooked but he still found a way to win the set.

That was on pace to be an all-timer. We all got robbed.

Joker is on his way to 23 and 24. :wow:

This game was building to be a classic but I still felt Novak had it even though he had just lost the 2nd set. He played and started better than I thought he would against Carlos on clay. Novak really has it all.

:patrice: I dunno started to look like Carlos was beginning to get the better of the argument, especially the way he closed the second off after swapping set points.

I know Joker's historically favoured by the match going longer but it seemed like Alcaraz was starting to shake off some of those unforced errors that were gifting the earlier games to Novak.

Yeah but Novak was making him work hard for every point, I just had a feeling he would have taken it regardless but who knows?

Carlos has proven he's the only one who can play Novak at an even at a GS, the body cramped up on him which is a skill you need too. Will be interesting in cooler conditions what happens between the 2.

Anyway, time for Queen Iga to get her 3rd RG :blessed:

Muchova's only chance is to bring Iga in off the baseline which she actually has the game to do

French open been struggling for years
Frankly, they should demote the FO
Make Indian Wells, Montreal or Shanghai the 4th major

It's one thing that clay is the WOAT surface, but the crowd in Paris sucks and Roland Garros is flat out ugly to look at.
It might be even worse than the grass version of the Australian Open

I'd replace Paris with Monte Carlo.
