I like Dmitrov a lot and was probably one of just a few that actually though would win today, but there's always the injury aspect. It was just a matter of time, unfortunately. I thought it was going to be the ankle when he slipped, but it looks like it was a pec injury.

Really sucks to see for Dmitrov.

I literally just step away and come back to watch and I see Sinner signing autographs then I see replays of Dimitrov hurting his shoulder on a serve and retiring from the match
