I got Sinner over Novak. If the top two didn’t show up, Novak would still be winning everything in sight. The depth of the tour is trash.

Against the better players though I think they get change out of it especially because his return of serve is crappy so he's under even more pressure to rely on it

Today he's not serving and volleying at all really, like I said I think it'll improve but without improving the return his ceiling is capped.

Also his backhand is average, defintiely some key things to improve

Yeah completely agree. Also outside of hitting Aces, he really lacks offensive touch. Subpar at net, forehand errors, backhand errors, subpar of hitting passing shots, etc

Do you think its time for him to add another coach, or would it just be a matter of time as he gets more experience?

The end of his career is eeriely similar to Fed's. If his body holds up, he's beating everybody besides the top guy(s). His mortality is showing in matches against lesser foes but they simply aren't good enough to take advantage.

He’s been basically getting by using about a set and a half of very good tennis and then letting his opponents beat themselves for a couple years now.

Like today, his best play was the 2nd set and the first 4-5 games of the 3rd set. After that, he just stayed even with Cobolli and the kid beat himself late.

Other times he’ll just expose glaring flaws in your game like he did against Zverev at RG picking on his fh, poor net game, and lack of offensive aggression.

In short, you play Novak, you better be all around solid with your game and ready to win points and not hope he loses them.
