And I agree because like come on, you KNEW last night the crowd was NOT going to be fully in support of you. Bottle that up, and channel that into being laser focused

I remember there was alot of talk that Osaka won most of her Grand Slams in a weak era, Post Serena/Wozniacki and Pre Saba/Iga. Never really faced opposition to test her mental fortitude. I used to scoff at it, but now I'm thinking about it

The Osaka/Barty era kinda does seem like the Dark Ages compared to now :leostare:

I wouldn't put Barty in that convo cause she called it quits right when she was about to hit her peak. She had all the shots and would've ginsu'd thru the comp right now.

You know Madison Keys is kicking herself that she couldn't get it together in a weaker era 5 years ago. But hey, at least she won a slam, and could maybe win another one

The gulf between Carlos at his best and his worst is ridiculous...no way he should be getting push to a 3rd set by Dhzumer

Not breaking any new news here but Medvedev is in desperate need of a PTO.

Cincinnati Open

Drove out from Chicago with my family to watch today's matches.

Walked down from the 300 section with my daughter and finessed our way to getting an autograph from Coco.

A memory she'll have for the rest of her life.

:wow:

Ushers tried to deter and block us from getting closer like 5 times. But I'm not new to this shyt and found a way

:birdman:

Day was hot as fukk and I was out there with my wife, 4 year old twins and an 8 year old thuggin' through the elements. Mission accomplished after that, made everything worth it.

They left and sat in the car after that and I caught a little of Carlos match before dippin'

Agree. I have barty up there with Hénin.

On a side note, i think we gonna have to call time on Medvedev. It’s a wrap for him.

Styles make fights, dhzumer gives that boy hell every time they play.

Yes they do but not playing a competitive match for a month is still a lack of rhythm. Can practice hit as much as you want but doesn't replicate the mental and physical match intensity. The body has to get use to stress again
