It's impossible to not love Alcaraz. You really can't have a better face of the sport.

Alcaraz needed a straight sets victory, mentally. Joker got in his head at the Aussie; this put it to rest.

This is the best he's ever played throughout a major. What's scary is he still isn't in his prime. He's only 22 and going to get better.

Sinner didn't win a Slam until his age 23 season (he was 22 at the Aussie last year but turned 23 later in the year).

Novak didn't really get going until his age 24 season.

Fed didn't really get going til his age 23 season.

Nadal won the French forever but 2008-2010 was probably his best stretch, which was age 22-24 seasons.

He's unusual for a Spanish mens athlete. Most are really moody and often play victim when they lose. I.e someone else's fault. The Spanish Cyclists are really terrible for this.

I'll be glad to be wrong, but I'm taking Sinner over Alcaraz, and I'll go with five sets as that's what I'm hoping for, although I think Sinner takes it in four.
