He stole a body from their morgue and sold it to pay off his debts, but of course the hospital is still supposed to produce a body to the relatives. He burnt those pig parts to fill the urn he had with him with ashes, put the label on it he took from the body and give it to the relatives with an excuse as why they had to burn the body (for 'medical' reasons).

Edwards really just fukking up people for the sake of it now

He spends all day struggling against the current to make a better world, and then has to spend his time off listening to his 'kin' acting like they're hot shyt. The frustration is too much for him and it adds an interesting dynamic to his character. Where last episode it seemed he didn't like violence and he only knocked the guy out because he was threatened, it is now clear that he was actually afraid of his own temper, which will only get worse as the frustration grows.
