the valkryie gay stuff wasn't my problem
it was forced maybe in one scene but whatever
I still don't get how korg has two dads if he made a comment about his mom in the third one
also I think we're at 85% of every 2022 movie having gay stuff and all the blockbusters didn't "flop"
I was thinking about Lightyear. Why does all the movies go out of their way to put something gay in it. There was a gay couple in super pets. It is kind of funny cause they have to make sure cut those parts out for the China release

Oh yeah I forgot about that one
to answer your question there’s some pride committee that forces the studios to do it basically
then the studios decide to get one or two character that checks all the boxes
then the backlash gets more people interested in the film
funny it didn’t work on a kids movie because parents were the ones who had to take the kid to see the move

I also forgot to mention spreading ‘diverse characters and stories‘ helps with their esg rankings which investors care about

Finally got around to this

Thought it was decent

I actually enjoyed the goats but maybe it was because I was in a rare good mood at the time

I'm glad I didnt rush out to see in theatre but I dont think I'd have been pissed off if I did

Heimdall’s son is trans? :wtf:

I KEEP SEEING THAT IN HERE.

I DONT RECALL THIS.

WHAT DID I MISS?

Heimdall's "son" was originally called "Astrid" which is a name for females.

When the character gets to earth he/she wants to NOW be known as "Axl" after a man and gets upset at Thor for "misgendering"/naming him incorrectly

fukk DISNEY for inserting that bullshyt YET AGAIN WITH A BLACK CHARACTER :scust:

I looked it up and in Norse culture Astrid was a name like Jamie i.e could be used for a guy or girl. He was always a boy and just wanted to change his name for his own reasons, no different than Nicholas Cage, Muhammad Ali or Kareem Abdul Jabar.

You are reaching hard to see trans shyt where it doesn't exist. They aren't the only people in the world that change their names.

How the hell am I reaching? :what:

It's a feminine name that means "divinely beautiful" in Norse Culture.

It is a name for WOMEN.

Please tell me why they made up this character who ISN'T in the comics, INTENTIONALLY gave the character a FEMALE NAME and then had a scene where the character wants to change their name to MALE NAME and gets upset at being "mis-gendered"

You're reaching because we have a male character that was never referred to as anything other than Heimdal's son and you are making it a trans issue based on the kid having a nickname.

In Black Lighting we had a scene where a character that called himself LaLa almost shot the main character for calling him by his government name. That's basically the same scenario as this movie, would you consider that a trans issue in that show?

Wasn't any trans stuff, They just gender swapped a character in the comics. Astrid was originally female, they made him male for this movie. He asks to be called Axel because the director stans Guns and Roses.

thats it

:patrice: @Jazzy B. MIGHT BE
ON TO SOMETHING
AND THESE nikkaS DONT
GET THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT
AFTER THAT KORG shyt.
