Still proves my point, fifth element had more humor in it and nobody calls that a comedy.
Comedies are mostly jokes not 10% of the running time

Marvel didn't even do that with a goofy ass concept like Guardians of The Galaxy and haven't done that with any of the other movies.

This was actually a huge problem with Guardians 2. They doubled down on the comedy and undercut everything else

Most of the humor was just agent coulson and imtony stark.

The humor in The Avengers came from every character and is filled with a bunch one liners.

The action sequences were crafted to be comedic.

Movie was no different to a movie like Demoltion Man another action comedy.

I saw The Coli hated it and expected to be disappointed.

And i liked it. Yea, there are some corny parts but it was fun and i was entertained. And i love that the movie was consequential. Characters changed, new characters, old characters and Thor. They all moved their storyline along.

Thor has definitely progressed greatly from his initial outing, getting closer to becoming comparable to his comic iteration. As the tragedies pile up, he's either going to move forward or go mad.

Jason Aaron Thor which this film is based off of is nothing like him. I wish they didn't even bother using Gor they'd be better off bringing another Loki variant and introducing Thor Frog instead. At least they'd match the silly tones
