See, most people think that shyt was cringe or stupid but I thought the scene with the kids was corny yet hilarious.

In retrospect that movie was fun as hell
I get it though, the comic book purists will despise this movie due to the departure of the comic book material and the temperament of comic book Thor, but nothing should be a surprise here.
Marvel found a box office hit formula with Thor and they're running with it.

This is one of the most cringe worthy movies I've ever seen.Marvel's just a bunch of lazy cornballs;Disney's obsessed with the rainbow.I see nothing but continued disaster on the horizon.I'd rather watch a super low budget fan made film.Shyt's disgusting.

His characterization in Infinity war is perfect. He still has that superior air about himself but thats what makes it funny, that he doesn’t really realize how conceited he is. I even like Whedons version of Thor more than this.

Also, i always find it corny when people put their own kids or spouses in movies for some reason. Gross nepotism and giving too much power to the lead actors…i noticed hemsworth was a producer

Time for the MCU to switch up the formula. They found something that work and beat it down to the ground. They’re coasting on reputation at this point but even that isn’t sustainable.
To my surprise I personally liked this one a lot, and enjoyed the campiness more than I thought. Sort of like Aquaman .I think they were trying to continue with Thor in a midlife crisis but it’s a bit much( the 1st-2nd acts) with him and sort of feels like a retread. And showing more of the gods being slaughtered by Gorr would legitimize him as more of threat.
Has a lot of comic stuff for me and I enjoyed the gods being revealed as self indulgent a$$holes. Although I’m not sure if I like where they’re going with Eternity and the other big cosmic hitters in the MCU. I’ll probably check it out again just for meeting of the gods scene.

This joint was bad. 1st time I really thought about pulling a @track1 in a Marvel flick.
Way too much comedy and most it fell flat to me. Only part that legit got me was at the end when shorty hit Thor with the ”go to hell demon” line and tried Homelander his ass.
Needed more butchering of gods. Guardians were wack.
Jane becoming a beast fighter just off the strength of the hammer. Does it work like that? I have no clue but that was bad too.
And was the streets really clamoring for
