Sanchez was bad, Cabrera didn't help matters, and Tom Brookens did nothing more than to want me wish death on him.

And Fat fukk Fielder has been I would SO welcome Leyland either dropping him in the lineup, or bench his ass. But we know he won't do either.

Still, I haven't lost the faith. We got Scherzer in Game 6, and should we somehow pull off a win, then we got horse waiting in the wings for Game 7. I almost guarantee that if it goes to Game 7, Verlander will have the same fire he had in Oakland. He will anything and everything to help us win that game. We just gotta get it to him, first.

Nah but you're right. We haven't got to them yet. What I meant to say is if we can win games when Detroit pitchers go lights out then we can win against anyone. Verlander and Scherzer are considered the best pitching duo in baseball. If we can win a series that these dudes start 4 outta 7 games then we can beat STL. And the NL is p*ssy.

Oh and last time we played the Cards in the finals we SWEPT them.


But on a real note... this series isn't over yet. I don't trust Bucholz at all and I can't believe I'm saying this but I wish Lackey was pitching tonight.

We've had 2 1/2 bad games in 1 series and our offense that was #1 in the majors (in 162 Games) in Runs, Slugging, OPS, OBP, Total bases, 2nd in Batting average and hits its all of the sudden "too sporadic to win a world series" some of ya nikkaz just crack me up. We murdered Tampa Bay's pitching breh we've had a couple of bad games this series relax.

We play in the AL theres more offense and they had Matt Moore, David Price and Alex Cobb they're pretty good. I wanna see STL pitching having to face a DH instead of the pitcher. If you ask me having David Ortiz/Victor Martinez in the lineup instead of a pitcher can change the game around dramatically, so your pitching stats in the NL can be a bit deceiving because you get a few easy outs in every game.

They played the Cards nine years ago. This is a completely different team with much better pitching. There will be no sweeps in the World Series. STL has a consistent lineup from top to bottom and a better pen than the Tigers.
