Because the evidence isn’t there. The kibbutz claims can’t be corroborated either. Rape and sexual assault did happen which unfortunately isn’t atypical for war, but evidence of use of coordinated mass rape and sexual assault as a barbaric weapon isn’t there. But that directly contradicts what the NYT initially wrote. Biden said the 40 babies lie and now he’s still perpetuating this narrative.
