At this point, Impact is a pretty reliable and consistent show. You're know gonna get at least 1 or 2 really solid TV matches and unfortunately usually some goofy backstage shyt.
One of my major gripes with some of what I see on Dynamite and Rampage is the matches are a bit too long in some cases. For some of the mid-card and especially lower card acts, a 5-7 minute match is sufficient a lot of the time. Not everything has to be 15 minutes across 2 segments. But AEW likes to give everyone a lot of time and Raw is such a thin roster they have no choice but long matches. In Impact, they are much more economical with match times.
