I understand that breh. I’m arguing that it’s fugazi. If two hoes are fighting, and I break it up, and one of these hoes shoots the other, how the fukk am I charged with gun possession? That’s backwards. Especially when I have no gun residue on my body and none of my fingerprints are on the gun. You’re not comprehending what I’m saying. They essentially argued that since he was a felon, around a gun that someone else had, then the gun must be his. It’s nonsense.

Someone in the car was in possession of an illegal firearm. We have to remember that California has very strict gun laws, now if a third party had owned the gun, neither of the ladies should have been able to physically access it if it was concealed. None of us were present in court, so we did not see how much evidence was presented in court. But there must have been enough to land a guilty verdict. I think the issue is that people are too emotionally invested and I doubt his legal team will get a second chance to successfully appeal the case.

If you have seen the bodycam footage it exposes what was said during the trial was all lies. Megan immediately after her arrest was more concerned with going to jail than her foot. She said she can't go to jail because it would ruin her image.
The neighbor who basically is the reason Tory was found guilty didn't say anything close to what he said in court on the bodycam. This was immediately after the police got everyone out of the car. His version of the story never said Tory shot a gun. That's why the defense called him to testify.
You can clearly see Megan step on glass when order out of the vehicle. Cops mentioned she stepped on glass that's why her foot was bleeding before she was taken to the hospital. Don't care for Vlads post as it reads as sarcasm especially the part about Trump.
